Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Renal /   Medicine

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care services to renal and medical patients based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH). You will work with the existing senior renal / medical pharmacists and the multidisciplinary teams to manage a defined inpatient case load, participate in clinics and facilitate the management of specialist medicines such as orphan drugs and IPTR/PACS2 requests. A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience and an independent prescribing qualification are essential.  The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is one of the largest acute hospitals in the UK and has an excellent team of friendly pharmacy staff committed to modernisation of services .  It is essential that you have a

Masters degree in Pharmacy or equivalent  and that you are currently a registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.
