Succoth Ward are looking to recruit a full time RMN at band 5 to join a busy mental health in-patient ward. The ward has 21 beds comprising of 2 four bedded bays and 13 single rooms. The ward takes admissions from within Argyll and Bute and meets the needs of patients with various mental health issues.
You will be required to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of safe effective and compassionate person centred care. You must be flexible and able to work variable shift patterns to meet the needs of the service.
You should be enthusiastic, creative and hold excellent interpersonal skills which will enhance our existing team. A degree of flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the service throughout mental health within Argyll and Bute. Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as individually is essential.
