An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health Staff Nurse to assist in the provision of services to meet the needs of Salus customers and to fulfil contractual obligations, undertaking services as directed, and in line with Salus occupational health and safety policies and procedures and local customer policies.

The role will require providing immunisation programmes, venpucture, health promotion, helath surveillance (including HAV’s, spiromentry, Audiometry and skin surveillance) and pre placement screening.  This post will require travelling, flexibility in shift hours and some overnight stays.

The Sucessfull candidate must be:

 A registered General Nurse with current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council and post qualification experience.

 Able to show :  

Evidence of ongoing training and continuing professional development relating to professional discipline.

Evidence of knowledge or recognised training in spirometry, audiometry and the use of vision screening equipment (or willingness to undertake suitable training in the above)

Evidence of experience or recognised training in venepuncture

Evidence of experience or recognised training in presentation skills

Evidence of knowledge or recognised training in Microsoft Office systems


Full UK Driving Licence is Essential.
