Two vacancies have arisen within the eHealth Department to join Clinical Applications to provide system configuration together with comprehensive application knowledge, support and training of users in the use of TrakCare PMS and other clinical systems. One for a PMS Trainer / Test Analyst and one for a PMS Application Specialist.
PMS Trainer/ Test Analyst
The postholder will be responsible for the development of training programmes, training materials, elearning tools, workshops and presentations together with individual support and guidance across the organisation. A significant element of the post will include formal testing of system functionality. Experience in the delivery of training, system testing and/or expert knowledge in the use of a patient management or clinical system is essential.
PMS Application Specialist
The postholder will be responsible for system configuration, maintenance, support, testing and training together with providing advice and guidance in the implementation and adoption of existing and new functionality and changes in business processes.
Experience in the use of a Patient Management System, Clinical System or Application Support is essential.
