An opportunity has arisen for two Band 5 Registered General Nurses to join the Care Home Team. The Care Home Team is a multi-disciplinary team who provide planned and urgent visits to all Care Homes across Dundee.
To join the team you must be motivated and experienced in caring for older people. The role requires you to conduct clinical assessments of Care Home residents, providing advice and education to care staff and to act as a role model in the provision of safe and effective quality care. You must be confident in working without direct supervision and have excellent organisational skills.
This is a specialty that is changing and developing to meet the needs of older people in Dundee, therefore all members of the Care Home Team require to be adaptable in their approach.
Applicants should have a range of clinical experience and evidence of post registration development.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register
