This post is a ‘Job Share’ position for 18.75 hours based within Kirkintilloch Health & Care Centre.
You will work autonomously at a high level across a wide range of services and agencies in a key strategic, planning and performance management role, working as part of the support team to the Chief Officer and HSCP Senior Management Team.
You will be required to bring expertise to bear on key areas and contribute to strategic decision making and planning processes., be responsible for monitoring and reporting the organisational performance requirements to the HSCP Senior Management Team, HSCP Board, East Dunbartonshire Council (EDC), NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) and the local Community Planning Partnership, as well as other agencies and Scottish Government as required.
You will also lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of a programme management approach in delivery of the HSCP Transformation agenda and business planning priorities.
It is essential are Educated to degree level or equivalent in an relevant discipline with evidence of significant professional competence and expertise, and desirable you have a recognised qualification in Management or associated disciplines (preferably at Masters level of equivalent).
You should also have experience of developing and supporting implementation of performance management and benchmarking frameworks in Planning, Strategy & Performance.
The hours of this post are worked, Job Share – Monday – Friday TBC
