Business Support Team Manager, Transactions and Income, Strategic Commissioning 

NHS Highland Adult Social Care is seeking to recruit an experienced team manager for the specialist business support team based in Dingwall.

Working within the Transactions & Income management structure, the management role has responsibility for supporting the production of financial forecasting information, validation and payment of all external care providers, and overseeing the collection and calculation of financially assessed contributions from service users.

The postholder manages of a team of specialist adminstrators with responsibility  for advising and assisting service users, care providers, operational staff, and others in all aspects of relevant transactional and charging business processes . 

The role provides a focal point for Adult Social Care operational management in respect of financial forecasting and monitoring. Additionally, the postholder works closely with the NHS Highland finance team in the administration of payments, income receipts, and forecasting.
