Aberdeen City CHP is seeking a part time Healthcare Support Worker for to work in Central Foresterhill community team

We regularly have opportunities for full-time and part-time Healthcare Support Workers to join the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership and there can be a mix of permanent and temporary posts. Successful candidates will be placed in the most appropriate teams to give them the experience that they need to develop into the role, but they should be prepared to work anywhere in Aberdeen City HSCP according to service need.
The core hours of work for a Healthcare Support Worker
Are between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday – Friday and includes pro rata weekend working
Successful applicants will have excellent communication and team working skills and be committed to delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients in their own homes under the direction and support of the Team Leader/ District Nurse and Community Nurse The Healthcare Support Worker will be responsible for delivery a high standard of patient centred care under the direction and support of the Nurse in charge.. The successful applicant will complete mandatory training and have access to regular classroom training. The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and be a car owner.
