You will provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.
You will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the district nursing team to provide a quality nursing service.
It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse who will support the district nurse in delivering care to patients within the caseload.
A current Driving Licence is required for this post.
The shift pattern is Monday – Friday and Weekends to meet the needs of the service
