Rotational Physiotherapist (Ref: 25929)
Substantive, Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Band 5 – Salary Range £25,100 - £31,649 per annum plus
Distant Islands Allowance of £1,895 per annum
Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available
We are looking for a physiotherapist who is keen to develop their clinical knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. The post is based at the Gilbert Bain Hospital, with a caseload covering a wide range of conditions. This includes 6 monthly rotations in MSK outpatients, inpatients (acute surgical, medical and HDU) and neurology outpatients (stroke and Parkinson’s disease). Within these rotations, there is the opportunity to gain further experience in other areas, including fracture clinic, respiratory outpatients, community and rehabilitation.
There are excellent development opportunities and all team members are encouraged to participate in service improvement activity. A respiratory on-call service is provided on a rota basis from 0900-1700 at weekends.
