We are looking to recruit a person to join our team in the Directorate. The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with a range of people to deliver on the team work plan, supporting a range of project management and administrative activities that focus on nursing and midwifery contributions to person-centred, safe and effective care and positive care experiences. This will be achieved through supporting a broad portfolio of educational and practice development activities.
You will support the team providing frameworks, ways of working and record management that enables them to pursue their ambition of of continually improving person-centred care and promoting cultures that enable all to flourish.
You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to professional development through evidencing a range of activities that have advanced your clerical and administrative skills. You should have expertise in using a range of IT systems and electronic communication and learning platforms. You will be able to evidence your contribution to supporting a team successfully deliver on their objectives and be able to describe the approaches, principles and methods used to achieve this.
Candidates will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to co-ordinate and implement a range of support functions to deliver the team’s goals. You will be working to a clear set of objectives and will be able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
