The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster, an Allocate Software electronic rostering system currently being rolled out for all NHS Lothian nursing staff. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
We now require a HealthRoster Area Support Officer to join our team to support the HealthRoster Area Support Manager in the operational management of complex electronic rostering systems for staff across a number of directorates and sites; provide professional and efficient system support to all users in Lothian. This post is to provide analysis of rosters, highlight where information of budgetary establishment is not in line, constantly monitor rosters liaising with Charge Nurses and provide first line advisory support to all users to ensure system functionality is maintained and to ensure benefits realisation from the eRostering system.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office/user support environment, experience in data analysis and reporting and proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook.
