Highly Specialist Physiotherapist - Critical Care/Surgery

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to join a team within the Surgical and Adult Critical Care units at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. This post covers 28 ITU/HDU beds, general surgery, urology and tertiary pancreatic service. You will also be a member of a team who developed the post discharge ITU lnS:pire service.

You must have relevant postgraduate experience within the NHS, including experience of supervising student s. Roles and responsibility of this post will include training of rotational staff within the speciality and city wide on call service. Proven evidence of working within an acute surgical setting is essential along with evidence of audit and research.  It is essential that you have Degree or diploma leading to Physiotherapy and that you are currently registered with the HCPC.  You should have substantial post graduate experience with relevant experience working at a senior level within the designated areas.
