To improve the operation of the support function within eHealth through the appropriate management of IT Hardware and Software assets within the NHSL organisation.
To develop and co-ordinate Asset management process in conjunction with eHealth service managers to improve lifecycle management across the department
To develop and implement a range of departmental Asset management processes including training for eHealth staff and communication material for the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will be educated to, operating at degree level preferably in an IT speciality, specialist, demonstrable and extensive experience in a process management role.
To be considered for this post you will have experience in presenting to groups of staff on an individual basis, further education and evidence of continuous professional development in related subjects e.g. study days, courses, postgraduate qualification with specialist knowledge across complex IT process management methods and practices understanding current needs and acknowledging industry trends, familiar with principles and methods of project management, leadership skills to enable day to day management of service delivery within a process management role, excellent team working/leadership skills and ability to motivate others and work using own initiative, excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills,
effective time management skills and proven workload planning skills with ability to handle multiple work tasks.
It is essential to be car driver with valid licence, customer service orientation and be
motivated and self directed.
