Applications are invited for an individual to join our Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Teams within Perth City.


As the successful applicant, you will work in partnership with people in the community to provide assessment and a range of treatment interventions as part of a rehabilitation programme under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist. Experience of working in a health or social care setting is essential and education to SVQ Level IV or equivalent would be advantageous.


The Perth City Community Rehabilitation Teams provide excellent formal and informal supervision and support individual development and innovative practice through performance development reviews and learning plans. You will be required to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and throughout your employment comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.  Information on the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations can be found on NHS Tayside’s micro site on Staffnet>Our Websites>Healthcare Support Workers
