The Ellon Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic, caring individual to complement our dedicated team. We pride ourselves in providing excellent evidence based patient care to our circa 15,700 practice population, with high levels of patient satisfaction and service, and ensure that every employee/partner feels valued and respected, which underpins the success of our organisation.
To help achieve this, we are a friendly GP team who meet daily for coffee and open discussion. With a supportive on call rota you will never feel that safety is compromised. Located in an NHS Health Centre building, there is no requirement for partner buy-in.
A paperlight, EMIS and Docman practice, we strive to embrace new technology, such as Near Me video consulting, for the benefit of both our patients and staff.
We are an undergraduate/GP trainee practice, hosting a postgraduate educational programme with visiting specialist Consultant speakers.
The GP team are further supported by a strong multi-disciplinary team including practice management, 2 ANPs, 2 Practice Pharmacists, chronic disease management, minor illness and treatment room nurses.
We have an extremely low house visit rate, so you won’t be able to enjoy the beautiful surrounding coast and countryside during working hours, but we have achieved a good work/life balance enabling plenty of recreational time. It is a truly enjoyable place to work.
