An opportunity has arisen within Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services for the position of Research and Care Governance Assistant.
Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services (GADRS) is an integrated health and social care partner within Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership (Glasgow HSCP). Strategically supported by the Glasgow City Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP), it delivers treatment services to those individuals with problematic alcohol and drug use issues across Glasgow City. Supporting the Clinical Governance Facilitator, you will provide the GADRS Care Governance Committee and its sub-groups with effective audit, research and monitoring reports to support and enable them to carry out care governance activities. Under direction of the Clinical Governance Facilitator you will undertake activity to assist with the implementation of any change to policy, guidelines, protocols, and procedural developments across the Alcohol and Drug Services. You will also support the Alcohol and Drug Deaths Research Associate to report on alcohol and drug related deaths in Greater Glasgow &Clyde and other relevant audits/reports as requested by the senior management of the GADRS. It is essential you are educated to Degree standard or have equivalent experience and knowledge of research, analysing complex datasets and care governance. The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Interviews will be held on the 18th of September 2020.
