We are looking for an organised individual to join the Clinical Governance Team. You will be flexible and be able to work on your own and with colleagues.

The Clinical Governance Support Officer Medical Revalidation will undertake a wide range of duties to deliver a confidential administrative support service, including minuting meetings, diary management, preparation of reports, meeting administration and other support as required.

You will require strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent planning and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload. Relevant experience in an administrative role is essential.

You will have excellent computer skills including use of Excel; experience of Datix or similar systems would be an advantage. We will provide Formic and Datix training if necessary.

This role will allow you to make a vital contribution to support medical colleagues to fulfil revalidation requirements to retain their licence to practice, contributing to the safety of care provided by NHS Fife. Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
