Job Advert
A Senior Fellowship post is available from 7th August 2019 until 4th August 2020 based within the internationally renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. This post would be dedicated to supporting the breast service. Candidates should be in possession of the FRCS(Plast), or equivalent international specialty training accreditation, at the time of commencing in post. They should have extensive experience in Burns, Hand, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (equivalent to U.K. ST6/7 or above) and a clear focus upon higher-order skills acquisition. A process exists to match training provision to the experience and sub-specialty training requirements of the successful candidate(s). The successful candidate would be on the ST-grade (registrar) on call rota throughout the post. These posts are aimed at senior trainees from the U.K. or abroad, who seek higher-level training within reconstructive surgery.
This post has not been approved for Training purposes by NES.
Applicants must have full GMC registration and a licence to practise.
