1.8 wte Clinical Psychologists posts - Fixed Term until 31st March 2021
An opportunity has arisen for 2 x 8a Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join NHS Highland’s Psychological Service until the end of March 2021. The post-holders will be based within the Adult Mental Health Psychological Specialty responsible for taking forward a waiting list initiative involving assessments and interventions, by way of groups or individual sessions, and developing evidence based treatments to address patient need after lengthy waits. The post requires a dynamic and forward think individual who can contribute to an already dynamic team of psychologists, CBT Therapist and CAAPs.
The post-holders will also be members of the wider Psychological Service which is a growing and dynamic service consisting of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Psychotherapists, and CAAPs. We take Trainees from the Glasgow University D.Clin.Psych Course, as well as CAAP trainees and Health Psychology Trainees.
