NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is delighted to recruit new Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) posts in line with the Scottish Government commitment to ‘roll out FNP in Scotland’.
We are currently recruiting 7 posts for both new and existing posts, working across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Part time hours would be considered.
The Family Nurse Partnership post requirements are:
First level registered nurse or midwife with current NMC registration.
Professional knowledge acquired at degree level underpinning further specialist education and training such as Public Health Nursing/Health Visiting, Mental Health or Paediatric Nursing. Please see the job description for further details on the requirements for the post.
Information sessions will be held online on daily for 5 days on week commencing 21/09/2020 16:00-17:00. If you would like to join one of these sessions please contact 01412077406 to enable a link to be emailed out.
Both panel and client interviews for Family Nurse Posts will be held the week commencing 19/10/2020.
Due to Covid restrictions, Foundations in FNP Practice training will take place on 30th November, 7 December, 8 December, 10 December, 17 December, 18 December, 21 December, 22 December, 23 December, 7 January. The finer details for this will be explained nearer the time. Applicants need to be available for all these training dates.

24-25 March 2021 MI Advanced in FNP Practice 10:00-16:00
12 May 2021 Breastfeeding in FNP Practice 10:00-16:00
