We are seeking a dynamic Senior Charge Nurse to lead the team in the Assessment and Treatment Unit, Willows, New Craigs and to take a lead role in the development of community services to enable people to live in their own homes.
The postholder will have experience in working with adults with learning disabilities with behaviours that challenge services and they will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to a range of different staff teams.
It is anticipated that the postholder will be a RNLD, however we also welcome applications from Nurses with experience in other fields.
The postholder will have a strong human rights value base, a commitment to patient safety and advocating for the rights of people with a learning disability.
