The Skye Salaried Practices provide medical care to South Skye (Broadford/Sleat) and Carbost and the surrounding areas. There are approximately 1700 patients registered with the practices in total. It employs 7 GP’s, I Practice Nurse, 1 ANP, 1 HCA , Secretary, 7 Reception/Dispensary admin staff.
Sleat and Carbost practices provide a dispensing service. You will be responsible for the administration, management and development of the practices in line with the vision shared by the practice and the Operational Division in delivering health care for the local population. To act as a focal point for the practice teams on all matters relating to the running of the practices and to keep doctors abreast of forthcoming changes in the NHS.
The Practice Manager shall be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of the Practices and their finances, and ensure the well being of the patients, doctors and staff.
