Older Adult Community Mental Health Nurse/Team Leader- Band 7.
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is offering the opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to undertake a senior role as a Band 7 Community Mental Health Nurse/Team Leader within the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, based at Royal Cornhill Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking mental health nurse to work with multi-agency colleagues and contribute to the development of services provided to older Adults requiring mental health care and treatment.
The successful candidate will hold a caseload of patients, line manage Community Mental Health Nursing staff and prioritise their professional and managerial development.
