An opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to work within an interdisciplinary Community Rehabilitation Team providing rehabilitation for patients in their own home. The post involves working as part of the multi-disciplinary team, and independently, carrying out comprehensive physiotherpy assessment,care planning, treatment and review. You will require excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with patient, carers, team members and other agencies. Experience in Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Medicine or Care of the Elderly Specialities is desired. It is essential that you have a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and that you are currently registered with the HCPC. It is essential that you have a current driving licence. The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
