The Complaints Department for Acute Services is looking to recruit a full time Complaints Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have experience of Acute Health Services, managing and co-ordinating sensitive information and advanced communication skills. This role involves managing complaints for a designated service within Acute Hospitals, collaborating with senior management, knowledge of the Complaints Handling Process and role of the SPSO.
You should be educated to Degree level, and have the ability to interpret clinical information to write compassionate, quality complaint responses, with the aim of supporting frontline clinical services to meet performance targets, are the essential components to this role. Experience in teaching and chairing meetings with patients and families is preferable. The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
