PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT – OPERATIONS)
QUEEN ELIZABETH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL CAMPUS
AFC BAND 4 – £22,700 - £24,973
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – 9.00am to 5.00pm – Flexible working may be required
An experienced Personal Assistant is required to provide professional support to the Assistant Director, Facilities Management – Operations, and to provide support to the Senior Management Team. You must have worked in a similar position supporting a Senior Manager for a relevant period. There is a strong requirement for accurate minute preparation. You must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint at an advanced level, and have a good grasp of IT applications and troubleshooting of systems in general. Please detail your experience supporting a Senior Manager; and experience of providing minutes; and your IT skills background within the personal statement within the application. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
