Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Clinical Physiologist.
Working within the busy respiratory department of the new Victoria infirmary, the successful candidate will be working between the pulmonary function service and sleep service. Duties will include pulmonary function testing (spirometry), issuing sleep study equipment, clerical and laboratory maintenance duties as well as assisting the practicing clinical physiologists with their own duties.
Candidates should have a science based education at SVQ Level 2 as a minimum, excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of basic Microsoft software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, etc) and a patient and caring nature.
Full training will be provided for testing procedures as required.
