As a Community Nursing Assistant working within the district nursing team based at Biggart Hospital, Prestwick you will undertake a wide range of delegated patient care duties, providing a high standard of patient care in the community, often without direct supervision from senior staff, in support of trained nurses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work on your own initiative and as a lone worker working within a variety of settings within the community is essential. Evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training is also essential.
Hours: 20 per week.
A car owner/driver is essential.
