Our Health Records Service is looking to appoint to a number of immediately available full and part time Health Record Clerical Officer posts. These are key roles as part of a new administration hub which will ensure patients appointments are administered and processed accurately and efficiently in line with an approved Standard Operating Procedure.

The post holder will operate in a highly varied and busy environment often responding to tight deadlines and you will use a range of IT systems for  system input and at the same time communicate  with other staff, patients, relatives and clinic teams on a daily basis.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate effective communication and customer care  skills long with  a good level of  computer literacy and key board skills  Whilst not essential it is desirable that applicants have experience of using Patient Management Systems.

We are seeking candidates available to for shift patterns rostered across the following full and part -time posts

Post 1:  2 posts x 30 hours, Monday – Friday 4.00pm – 10.00pm
Post 2:  2 posts x 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Post 3:  2 posts x 18 hours, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 6.00pm
Post 4:  1 post x 25 hours, Monday – Friday 5.00pm – 10.00pm
Post 5:  1 post x 37.5 hours, Monday 0 Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Post 6:  1 post x 16 hours, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm
Post 7:  3 posts x 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Post 8:  2 posts x 15 hours, Saturday and Sunday 8.30am – 4.30pm
