Permanent vacancies have arisen for Registered Nurses, General and Mental Health, Band 5. These posts are based in the GP Unit, caring for a wide variety of patients with wide ranging health care needs to include rehabilitation, step down from acute hospitals, palliative care and long term conditions.
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are forward thinking, with excellent communication skills, to join the team within our 9-bedded ward. The successful applicants will work closely with the multidisciplinary team who are dedicated to delivering safe and effective person centred care and rehabilitation. Applicants will demonstrate the ability to assess, plan and implement care for our patient group, including older people.
This is an opportunity as we implement new models of care within the GP unit that will support the delivery of high quality; person centred safe and effective patient care.
The post will also support the delivery of the National Dementia Strategy in its local context.
Flexible 12 hour shifts.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1/RNA/Sub–part 2; RN2 or Sub-part 1: RN3 /Sub-part 2: RN3 of the NMC Register
