Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

The Successful Candistae must  have an RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent and secretarial experience in an equivalent position.  You must have  the ability to work under pressure, with  excellent time management,  organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. , with proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages are a essential.
