A temporary vacancy has arisen within the Child Health Occupational Therapy Service for a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist, 10.5 hours for one year.
The post-holder will work within the Child Health Occupational Therapy Service delivering care to children and their families. You will be based in the Occupational Therapy Department in Perth & Kinross and will be required to work flexibly across NHS Tayside in schools and community settings as well as in health care settings.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, has good communication skills and is a team player. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
This post will offer the post holder the opportunity to work with children with a variety of difficulties and to gain specialist skills and experience in these areas of Child Health Occupational Therapy.
The Occupational Therapy Service offers supervision, appraisal, regular in-service training and is committed to Continued Professional Development.
