A secondment opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to work with the Nithsdale Health and Wellbeing Team. The postholder will be an essential member of the Nithsdale health and wellbeing workforce. They will work closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues within the Upper/Mid Nithsdale Home Team to deliver one to one and group-based community link activities that will reduce inequalities in health / improve health and wellbeing in Nithsdale.
