Currently the nurse-led dialysis unit has 30 dialysis stations, provides renal replacement therapy for up to 130 patients from the Forth Valley area (catchment population about 300,000). It is located at the new Forth Valley Royal Hospital. This new purpose built unit also provides outpatient clinics for General Nephrology, Renal Replacement Therapy, Low Clearance Clinic, Transplant clinic and Pre Dialysis Education. The successful candidate should be committed to the provision of high quality, patient focused care; have a flexible approach to service needs and a genuine interest in working with patients attending various renal clinics and patients undergoing Renal Replacement Therapy.
Previous renal experience is desirable.
