NHS Highland is looking to recruit a District Manager in Lochaber. You will provide leadership to the day to day management of Integrated Health and Social Care services within the Lochaber District. In addition you will drive service developments, working jointly with partner agencies, to deliver on the Scottish Governments strategy of shifting the balance of care into community services. Working with other public services to drive change on local priorities will be key and is encompassed within the work of the Lochaber Community Partnership.
This post requires an experienced and innovative manager who can lead service change in a complex environment. You will be educated to degree level with substantial experience as a middle/senior manager in the NHS, local authority or similar complex organisation. You will preferably have a recognised and appropriate postgraduate or other relevant qualification or be able to demonstrate this level of experience.
