We are recruiting an innovative and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with experience in Clinical Research to assist us in providing high quality planned nursing care for patients and volunteers participating in Clinical Research. This post will primarily be based at the RIECRF Clinical Research Facility at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, however; the post holder may be required to work across sites as necessary.
Edinburgh’s Clinical Research Facility (CRF) incorporates The Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (WTCRF) at the WGH, the RIE Clinical Research Facility (RIECRF), the Centre for Dementia Prevention (CDPCRF) at Little France & the Children’s Clinical Research Facility (CCRF) at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children.
Jointly they provide a streamlined service to investigators of any discipline to conduct their clinical research efficiently and safely.

If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
