We are currently inviting Friends and Family of our existing workforce to apply for administrative roles. We are looking for a flexible and responsive workforce that can support the organisations administrative priorities in response to Covid19.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including call handling, reception and data input to support key priorities across NHS Fife.

You must be digitally literate with an excellent working knowledge of IT systems and an aptitude to learn. You must have experience of working with members of the public and good communication skills.

You will be based at either Lynebank Hospital or another location within Fife. It is essential for induction, orientation and training purposes that you can travel to Lynebank Hospital, Dunfermline.

To be eligible to apply for these roles, you must know someone who currently works for NHS Fife. They must support your application to join our team via a Friends and Family referral.

It is essential you provide details of your NHS Fife friends and family referrer and failure to do so will render your application unsuccessful.

If you applied for our support services Friends and Family bank earlier this year, then a further application would be welcome.

A range of Band 2 Admin and Clerical Job Descriptions are available to give an indication of the type of roles and duties you will be considered for.

Interviews will be held week commencing 7th December 2020. Further information will be sent to you when all details have been confirmed.
