This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative clinical
Psychologist to be part of a busy, cohesive multi-disciplinary community mental health team based at Shawpark Resource Centre. You will have responsibility for the delivery of specialist psychological assessment, including neuropsychological assessment, high intensity/ highly specialist individual and group therapies, and supervision of qualified staff, psychologists in training and multi-disciplinary staff delivering low intensity psychological interventions. You will be supported to pursue your own professional interests through continued professional development and be part of a supportive, professional network of psychologists working across North West Glasgow and West Dunbartonshire. You must have a Doctoral level (or equivalent) professional qualification in Clinical Psychology and should be eligible for registration with the HCPC. This post is open to applicants currently employed as 8A Principal Clinical Psychologists and to current Band 7 staff/doctorate trainees approaching qualification who would then be supported to develop towards 8A banding via the demonstration of the required competencies in due course. The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
