You will assist with audio typing and administrative duties within a large service. You must have a recognised qualification in secretarial studies or equivalent experience along with relevant audio typing experience. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of software systems. excellent organistation and communication skills and have a good understanding of Freedom on Information, Caldicott Guidelines and general Data Protection Regulations. It is essential that you have 4 standard grades( or equivalent) . You should be proficient in the use of all software systems i.e Excel, Access, Power Point and Word. You should have good keyboard skills. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm.
