As a first level Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration and substantial post registration experience or Paramedic with HPC registration you will provide a high quality, safe patient centred and effective clinical assessment service to the population of Fife and Kinross.
You will have experience of Primary Care, Accident & Emergency, SAS, telephone triage and/or nurse triage.
We have centres at Queen Margaret Hospital, Victoria Hospital and St Andrews Community Hospital. This post is for the Flow and Navigation hub which is currently based in the Urgent Care Assessment Centre, Victoria. The Flow and Navigation hub is responsible for the safe delivery of unscheduled care. The clinical co-ordinator will be expected to provide clinical support to a team of dispatch staff, to ensure safe, effective delivery of unscheduled care. The role will also include telephone triage and video (Near Me) assessments of patients who present to NHS 24 with a range of minor illness and minor injury concerns.
You must be able to evidence excellent communication skills, clinical assessment and critical decision making skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team working within the NMC or HPC code at all times.

We will support you with access to personal development planning, reflective practice, training and mentorship.

Hours will be worked to meet the needs of the service which will include a range of shift patterns which include evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays

Salary for part time hours will be pro rata
