An opportunity has arisen to join a busy, progressive department providing Radiology services for NHS Fife.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to provide leadership to the Radiology and Clinical Photography teams being responsible for the strategic operational management of Radiology services.
You will form part of the senior leadership team for the Women, Children and Clinical Services Directorate and will to contribute to the strategic direction of Services within NHS Fife.
Applications are invited from HCPC registered individuals with advanced professional knowledge and expertise in radiography and suitably qualified to MSc level or equivalent with extensive experience of leadership and management at a senior level across Radiology services.
You will have experience in managing diagnostic waiting times and experience in leading change within a complex service and a sound knowledge of finance and business planning with a proven tack record of service development.
You will have excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills and will be committed to the development of services and staff to meet the current and future health needs of the people of Fife.
You will have knowledge of the national and local drivers shaping health and social care and proven skills in supporting service redesign and transformation in line with national and local priorities.
