Vaccinators
Primary Care Department
Band 5 £26,363 - £32,912 including Distant Islands Allowance
Full time and part time hours available
Fixed term until 30th June 2021
Exciting opportunities have arisen for a number of Vaccinators who will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and implementation of a high quality vaccination service which will be delivered to the population of Orkney in line with Public Health guidance in a variety of settings. The post holders will undertake immunisations to ensure the national immunisation programme is provided and that vulnerable groups are fully immunized.
Applications are sought from individuals who are qualified as a Registered Health Professional with Post Registration experience preferably within the community setting. Good communication skills and team working are essential in this role whilst working in challenging times.
