We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the position of Business Support Manager to work across the North Region based in Inverness. The role may require a degree of travel across the North operational area.

The post holder will be responsible to the Head of Service for Highlands and their primary functions will include business support to the Regional Director and Senior Team, providing reports and analysis on various aspects of the region, along with leading specific projects and programmes of work. The post holder will also take a role in the workforce planning and development arrangements across the region, working alongside the regional management team.

To achieve this, you will be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.  You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and in the compilation and presentation of formal reports.  This individual must have excellent communication skills and be capable of working on their own initiative whilst delivering against tight timescales.  Previous experience within the NHS and use of its systems would be advantageous but not essential.
