​​​​​​​Looking for a new and exciting challenge? Then think about working in NHS Forth Valley in the heart of Scotland.

We are seeking to appoint a new Substantive Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with general skills in obstetrics and gynaecology. Major gynaecology operating ability would be desirable, experience of colposcopy might be beneficial and also experience or interest in active vetting of outpatient patient referrals. Any other special areas of interest could be considered after appointment. FVRH is a state of the art modern acute hospital which has a broad range of clinical services and supporting departments.

The successful candidate would be expected to participate in the out of hours rota. The rota is designed to provide two flexible tiers of medical cover and increased consultant presence in the Labour Ward. The job plan is for ten programmed activities.
