This post will be based within Belford Mills, Kilmarnock. There will also be a requirement to work from home. 


The post holder provides a high quality administration and reception service for the Personal Independence Payments assessment centre. The post holder provides a high standard of administration across all departmental activity, and handles day-to-day running of the centre as well as communication with claimants, colleagues and all other stakeholders. The post holder ensures that an excellent standard of customer service is provided at all times.


SVQ111 in administration or equivalent experience.


Requires knowledge of full range of administrative procedures.


Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
