This full time post is based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to Vascular Access Team and Associated clinical staff within the Renal Department to ensure efficient service delivery of patient services
This includes the maintenance of the Vascular Access databases, collection and input of data, as required by the Renal Service, as well as providing data for Scottish Renal Registry and Renal registry reports.
As the Renal Vascular Access Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a fully efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who are working to create and maintain Renal Vascular access. You will make sure the service is well structured, runs effectively and that all patients are treated and discussed according to evidence based protocols
You should have a HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience, as well as advanced keyboard skills with accurate data entry.
Knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative procedures and practices, both routine and non-routine, likely to have been acquired during previous relevant experience.
The shift pattern is; Monday to Friday
