You will carry 24 hours continuing responsibility for their ward/department and will provide clinical leadership to the nursing/midwifery team to Ensure safe and effective clinical practice, enhance the patients experience of care, Manage and develop the performance of the team and contribute to the delivery of the organisations objectives and ensure Healthcare Associated Infections and key performance indicators are applied to all ward teams. We are looking for a highly motivated leader who can continue to lead a merged team in CHDU in an ever changing environment. You would manage the team throughout the rest COVID pandemic and then help rebuild the service after the pandemic.You should be an adult nurse or have a midwifery qualification with current NMC registartion and have the relevant experience in the area.
