This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Physiotherapy Team Lead to work in hospital and various community based sites as part of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde MSK Physiotherapy Service in East Glasgow. We are looking for an individual who has excellent clinical and leadership skills. The post requires a flexible approach to maximise opportunities to support the MSK Physiotherapy Service. The posts will be based within the East Quadrant of the MSK Physiotherapy Service.  You will do a full assessment and diagnoses of patients' conditions in order to establish a physiotherapy treatment/ management plan at an advanced level.  You should have the ability to work with a diverse group of patients incorporating all age groups with complex medical needs with a range of acute and long term Musculoskeletal conditions.  You will delegate responsibility on behalf of the Quadrant MSK-Physiotherapy Manager for day to day management of a group of MSK-Physiotherapist. This will include staff management and development, KSF reviews, attendance management reviews, all aspects of recruitment and interview and first line disciplinary proceedings.  You should have a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and be currently registered with the HCPC. You should have a post graduate certificate in relevant clinical area or equivalent experience.  The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
