*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
An opportunity has arisen for motivated and flexible assistant administrators to work as part of a team to support the Staff Bank Service and the National Contract Tracing Staff Bank.
A working knowledge and experience of wordprocessing, spreadsheets and database systems is necessary. Applicants should have an HNC in Business or Adminstration or have relevant administrative experience .
You will require to have excellent interpersonal relationship skils, an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, with the ability to organise workload to meet the demands of the service.
The postholder will be required to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and based in the Staff Bank Office, Falkirk Community Hospital.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check
